The ordering of the fixed-price installation via our online shop is conditional, as we first need to check the installation situation. If you want to use our fixed-price installation service for an AQON PURE limescale protection system, the following preconditions must be met:
After sending your order you will receive an email from us with a request to send photos of your domestic water connection and information about it. From these photos it must be possible to identify:

After we have received the photos and information, we will check if the fixed-price installation is possible. If the existing pipe routing, pipe material or the condition of the pipes (e.g. due to age or damage) make installation more difficult or impossible, the installation may result in additional costs or might not be carried out. Of course our Technical Service employees will inform you of this. If we have not received any photos within 14 days after the order or the information remains incomplete, the order will be cancelled automatically and the amount you have already paid will be refunded to you.
The fixed price of € 285 only applies if the preconditions described above are met and are confirmed by our Technical Service (standard installation). If refurbishment of the existing pipes is necessary, the fixed price of € 285 does not apply. Generally, the installation can then be carried out at different fixed prices (if you do not agree with any additional costs that might arise, of course you can cancel the order, and the amount you have already paid will be refunded to you):
The installation will be carried out by one of our regional partner companies (plumbing specialists). The partner company will schedule an individual installation appointment with you after your AQON PURE system has shipped. Generally, installation is carried out within 2–4 weeks after shipment of the AQON PURE system. Shut-off valves are not included in the scope of delivery. These can be installed on request for an extra charge. If the customer does not keep the agreed installation appointment, an additional journey to and from the site will be invoiced separately.
